Click the "Run" button, if available, otherwise "Save". The browser will start downloading the program. Typically this takes a few seconds.

When the download is complete, double-click the downloaded file (if the "Run" button was not availalbe) to start the setup wizard. From now on, just follow the on-screen instructions to install and start the program.
